The Annual General Meeting of Clan Henderson Society will be held in Enumclaw, Washington, at the Seattle Scottish Highland Games and Gathering July 25-27 2025.

The host hotel is the Best Western Plus Mountain View Inn in Auburn, WA. We have 20 rooms blocked for CHS. The rooms are either a king or 2-queen beds. Nightly rate is $179 (plus taxes and fees).

•        Reservations must be made before 6/24/2025 to guarantee the rate, and any rooms not booked will be released on this date.

The Clan Henderson room rate is authorized from Thursday, July 24 through Sunday, July 27 (4 nights).

 

On Friday, July 25, CHS will gather on the hotel patio for meet & greet with light snacks & refreshments.

SSHGA will “Call the Clans” on Friday evening on the Expo grounds, and CHS will migrate from the hotel to join in the festivities. More information to follow on this, also.

 

Clan Chieftain, Alistair of Fordell is planning to be in attendance, which is a great honor for the Clan. In addition to the events at the Games, Clan Henderson will gather for dinner on Saturday, July 26 at the Babick Cellars Winery for dinner, fellowship and entertainment. Dinner menu and cost are being finalized and information for reservations will be forthcoming.
